Shopping with Black Paw Books

Black Paw Books sells digital books and guides and made-to-order merchandise. Shopify handles book and merchandise checkout. Book Club memberships use a separate Payhip checkout and account.

Prices and orders

Our Shopify store uses Canadian dollars. Review the selected product, colour, size, delivery details, shipping charges, applicable tax and final total before submitting payment. Product availability and prices can change before an order is placed. Keep your order confirmation for support and tracking.

Digital products

PDF listings are digital downloads, not printed books. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, digital purchases are for personal use. Do not redistribute, resell, upload or print copies for others without permission from the rights holder.

Merchandise and delivery

Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by Printify print providers. Product photos are illustrations of the selected product; screens and printing processes can affect colour appearance. Review the product listing and size information. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery and the printable calendar offer.

Order issues

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request help with faulty products, incorrect orders, cancellations and digital files. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Memberships and external services

For a Book Club membership, review the benefits, selected price, billing frequency and cancellation terms shown in Payhip before subscribing. The plan renews until cancelled under those terms. External services have their own account and privacy terms.
