Digital books and guides

Books and guides are digital PDFs. No printed book is shipped. Download access is provided after successful payment. Check your order confirmation and spam folder; contact us if you cannot access your file.

Made-to-order merchandise

Our merchandise is produced and shipped by Printify print providers after an order is placed. Production and delivery times vary by product, provider and destination. Items can arrive in separate parcels.

Delivery availability and shipping charges are shown during Shopify checkout. Our currently active shipping market is Canada. Review your delivery address and the final total before paying. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Production and carrier delays can affect delivery.

If tracking is delayed, missing or marked delivered but you have not received your parcel, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment provider. Do not send payment card details.

Free printable calendar

A free 2027 printable dog calendar is available with any Black Paw Books merchandise purchase. The PDF is sent separately after order verification. Contact us with your merchandise order number and checkout email to claim it; it is not included in the shipping parcel.
